Mr. William P. Richardson has 14 years experience in business development having served in Providence, Rhode Island as a Counselor of the Service Corps of Retired Executives since 1994, which is a counseling arm of the Small Business Administration. Mr. Richardson retired from Hasbro Inc. in 1994 where he last served as Vice President of Production Engineering. Mr. Richardson served Hasbro in various capacities for 22 years from product concept through production and has an extensive background in the product development field including management, manufacturing, engineering, product concept and development, cost and cost reduction. His product development background also includes affiliations with Homelite, Empire Brushes, Inc. and Audio Devices, Inc., a division of Capital Records, Inc. Mr. Richardson has served as the governor of Multiple District 33-S in Massachusetts.
