Mr.
Kilian A. Songwe
is President of A Global Healthcare Public Foundation (AGHPF),
which he founded in 2002, and acting Regional Director of the
East African region of AGHPF. AGHPF runs health programs in ten
African countries and the United States. Mr. Songwe is also an
Adjunct Professor at Strayer University who teaches courses on
topics such as health service administration and international
business. He is frequently invited to speak at national and international
health forums and has specialized training in leading process
improvement teams, disease management and epidemiology and prevention
of vaccine preventable diseases. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Songwe
was Vice President of Panacea Pharmaceuticals Inc. and prior to
that, he was Chief Medical Technologist at the Department of Laboratory
Medicine of Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville, Kentucky,
where he oversaw clinical diagnostic testing, management and compliance
with all federal and state regulatory requirements. Mr. Songwe
is also a director of Joneso Design & Consulting, Inc.
